On 11 September 2006, OneAccess, European leader of enterprise access routers and professional multiplay IP devices announced the acquisition of Telindus Access Products division of Telindus Group.

As a customer of Telindus Access Products, you may have questions about the partnership that we recently concluded. Will it have an impact on you and your relationship with our two companies? What about the existing contracts?

In the short term, nothing should change for you. The existing contracts and agreements will be continued, and your contacts within the two companies will remain the same. We also take full responsibility to fulfil for the existing and future commitments related to the delivery and support of Telindus Access Products.

Telindus Access Products and OneAccess are in a process of synchronising their businesses in search of maximum synergy. However, we guarantee the continuity towards our resellers and customers on both commercial and technical level for the business related to the Telindus Access Products. Telindus Access Products continues the development and the support for our products in the areas of voice band technology, routing technology, TDM and broadband access. In this respect Telindus Access Products guarantees servicing of products in accordance with the agreed contractual terms and conditions.

Together with OneAccess, two of the most experienced European teams will work together to deliver state of the art networks access solutions, including innovative IP services. This partnership will enable us to expand our joint offering for our customers and will generate more value for all parties involved in our companies. To accomplish this, we intend to use our respective resources as effectively as possible and move full steam ahead with convergence.
