ONEACCESS CONTINUES ITS EXPANSION OUTSIDE EUROPE WITH THE ACQUISITION OF THE INDIAN COMPANY BA SystemsParis, France – Bangalore, India, 13 January 2010 - OneAccess, the European leader in multi-service access routers, announced its acquisition of the Indian router manufacturer BA Systems, which is headquarters in Bangalore. Together, BA Systems and OneAccess will offer a broader range of products that is specifically targeted at the Indian market combined with localized R&D and customization in India. The new OneAccess Company, promoting the One range of products, will continue to offer the most successful BA systems product lines, including EN3500, EN2400, BA2000 series, to the Indian market. Bertrand Meis, CEO of OneAccess Networks, said: “The acquisition of BA systems will enable our group to strengthen its position in the fast growing Asian market, where many local operators update their network architecture and are looking for new solutions.
