COLT Total DELIVERS EXCEPTIONAL SPEEDS WITH ONEACCESS ROUTER

COLT Total now delivers 4Mbps via BRI routers and 2Mbps over PRI routers

Paris, 11 January 2010: COLT Telecom, a leading European provider of business communications, has today announced it will adopt OneAccess PRI routers and BRI routers for COLT Total, the company’s integrated voice and Internet service for small and medium sized businesses.

The move is part of COLT’s strategy to increase its in-country reach while maintaining the affordability of its solutions by using OneAccess ONE200 & ONE300 routers to enable the delivery of new service packages when delivered over wholesale DSL. The move will enable COLT to deliver 4Mbps 8 BRI and 2Mbps 1/2 PRI. COLT has also developed its resilience offering, and to ensure maximum availability of the voice services, the Voice Resilience option uses a back-up access line with automatic rerouting of any call.

OneAccess will provide its ONE200 & ONE300 multi-service routers for the new voice and internet service.
These products deliver advanced voice and IP services. In addition to VoIP services, the devices feature powerful router functions including Quality of Service, secure access control and wireless networking for private or public hotspot services. and include a suite of tools to more efficiently deploy, manage and supervise service delivery. The ONE300 router is a highly affordable, 30 channel, business-class PRI voice gateway, while the ONE200 provides the same functionality for BRI customers.
