OneAccess acquires
Telindus Access Products division

Paris, France – Heverlee, Belgium  – 11 September, 2006 17.40 h. OneAccess, European leader of enterprise access routers and professional multiplay IP devices announced today the acquisition of Telindus Access Products (TAP) division of Telindus Group. The TAP division will be transferred to OneAccess Belgium before the year end.

The TAP-division acquired by OneAccess consists of a team of 113 employees, mainly active in R&D, manufacturing, logistics and sales of niche-market access products and represented in 2005 3% of the total turnover of the Telindus Group. Nearly all these employees are active in Belgium. All current TAP employees will continue their activities with the same conditions in the Telindus’ premises in Haasrode, Belgium.

OneAccess, founded in 2001 and with headquarters in Paris is funded by major investors Innovacom (Venture Capital subsidiary of France Telecom), T-com Venture (Deutsche Telekom), CDC Entreprises Innovation, Tempo Capital Partners, AGF Private Equity, and CIC Finance.

With the acquisition of TAP, OneAccess becomes the unchallenged European leader for Enterprise access products. TAP will bring additional blood to further develop the new access technologies, including migration to Voice over IP (VoIP) and Fixed-Mobile Convergence solutions. OneAccess will reach the critical size for sustained success in its business segment with over 230 employees, 50% of them dedicated to Research & Development.

Telindus, the ICT Solutions and Services arm of Belgacom [Euronext:BELG], will be a strategic partner for the distribution and support of the full range of products of OneAccess. Telindus and the TAP-organization operates in 40 countries around the world. Telindus has developed long term relationships with many Telecom operators and corporate accounts.
