The business-class router ONE180 with built-in VoIP gateway and an integrated symmetrical G.SHDSL modem delivers surpassing reach and bandwidth to end-users. The device is available with digital and analog telephony interfaces providing a best-in-class solution to connect phones, faxes, PABX and LAN workstations. The interface mix makes the device best suited for carriers wanting to deliver high-quality, bundled voice and data services to small to medium-size branch offices. In addition to voice service over IP, the device features powerful router functions including Quality of Service (QoS), secure access control and wireless services for private or public hotspots.

The ONE180 encompasses all enterprise communications over one broadband G.SHDSL interface that provides bundled symmetrical speeds from 192 Kbps up to 4.6 Mbps supporting 2 wires and 4 wires operations. It is especially designed for carriers wanting to market bundled Voice over IP and Internet/VPN offers. Voice interface configurations are available optional with up to 4 BRI S0/T0 to connect ISDN phones or a PBX and optional up to 8 FXS to connect to analog terminals such as fax machines. The ONE180 is optionally equipped with a WLAN interface, which can be divided into multiple subnet works by assigning multiple SSIDs. Several user authentication schemes and policy based routing can be applied so that a public hot spot service can be offered while securing the company’s LAN from intrusions.

The ONE180 is the result of extensive know-how in developing voice processing and signalling that enables toll quality voice over packet networks with various signalling (H.323, MGCP or SIP). The interaction with major softswitch vendors guarantees maximal interoperability of the VoIP solution.
