The Return Desk is your single
interface between the Customer and OneAccess for all the
contractual aspects related to repair services. It is opened
each working day from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Return
Authorization Request (RMA)
For each equipment return request
for repair, a prior demand has to be sent to Return Desk
in order to obtain an identification number " R.M.A " which
will follow the equipment all along the repair process until
its forwarding by OneAccess.The standard procedure for all
products is through the extranet web portal (Menu: SUPPORT
=> RMA). Please request an account to your sales
