Mr Bertrand MEIS
- Chief Executive Officer
Former President and CEO of King Products,
Toronto, Canada for the past three years, Bertrand Meis
developed the most advanced software platform for interactive
terminals operated by more than fifteen leading telecommunication
Carriers in North America, Europe and Asia. He was an Executive
Director of Ascom, the Swiss telecommunication group. He
joined the Ascom Group in 1993 and was rapidly relocated
to Mexico to found the regional Ascom Company. Soon, he
rose to the position of Executive Director responsible for
the overall direction of the company in Mexico and Central
America as a whole. Under his leadership the company grew
rapidly and became an important regional player in the telecommunications
industry. Trained as an electrical Engineer from Supelec,
one of the top French engineering schools, he also holds
a Masters in Business Administration.

Mr Denis BEHAGHEL
- Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Behaghel has served in numerous management
and product development positions during his 20 year career
in the telecommunications industry. He came to OneAccess
from CS Telecom, where he was Vice President of Marketing.
Prior to that time, he held positions at TRT, where he last
served as head of development for datacom products, and
Philips (Datacom Business division). Recognized as an expert
in the field of telecommunications, he participates as a
speaker in numerous forums and seminars. Mr. Behaghel is
a graduate of Ecole Superieure d'Ingenieurs d'Electronique
et Electrotechnique and ESSEC.

Mr Philippe
ARON - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Aron brings more 14 years experience
in management, financial planning and operational analysis
to OneAccess. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Aron served
as Chief Financial Officer for CS Telecom. He has also held
positions at Lex PLC, where he was General Manager of Continental
European Operations, Konecranes, where he serviced as General
Manager for France and Belgium, and Digital Equipment. Mr.
Aron is a graduate of the Ecole Superieure de Commerce d'Amiens

Mr Jacques Magnard – Managing Director OneAccess France
Mr Magnard joined the company in March 2002. He brings 30 years of experience in various domains in the service industries, most of the positions in management. Prior to his role as OAF Managing Director, Mr Magnard has been for 5 years Sales Director in charge of FR Clec’s. He has also held positions in CS Telecom where he was Director of Logistics and IT services, in Digital Equipment France as Technical Support Manager and in Philips Systemes Informatiques as Service Manager.
Mr Magnard is a graduate of the Ecole des Mines de Saint Etienne and hold a DEA in Mathematics of the University of Lyon.

Mr Philippe Moulin – Managing Director OneAccess Belgium
Mr Moulin joined the company in October 2006. He brings more than 18 years of experience in the service automation in telecom industries, 14 of those in management. Prior to his role as OAB Managing Director, Mr Moulin served during 4 years as President and Chief Executive Officer at Kings Products and Solutions Inc (Urmet’s group), world leader in the multimedia kiosks market. He has also held positions in Ascom Monetel where he was Marketing Product Line Director for Multimedia Terminals. Mr Moulin is a graduate of the Institut des Sciences et Techniques de Grenoble and has got a degree in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton University of Pennsylvania.

Mr Daniel NGUYEN
- VP Sales & Business Development
Mr. Nguyen brings to OneAccess a successful
track record in market share expansion both for established
corporations and start-up organizations. Prior to joining
OneAccess Mr. Nguyen worked at Visionael where he held posts
as head of business development and as General Manager of
European Operations. He has held senior executive and management
positions at Normerel, where he was President of US Operations
and Vice President of Sales Worldwide, and at Xerox. Mr.
Nguyen holds a Masters degree in International Business
and Economics from the University of Paris.

Mr Alain
COUGNY - VP Engineering
and Support
Mr. Cougny brings more than 15 years
progressive leadership skills in the delivery of access
devices and solutions for the telecommunications market.
Mr. Cougny comes to OneAccess from CS Telecom, where he
directed Research and Development. He has held technical
management postions for Hyptek Telecommunications, TRT and
PHILIPS Datacom, where he launched an innovative range of
voice and data access devices. His expertise covers the
field of Voice: PBX signalling, ISDN, VoIP and VoATM. Mr
Cougny is graduate from ISEP: Institut Superieur d'Electronique
de Paris).

Mr
Abdelhamid OULD ALI - VP Research & Development
Mr. Ould Ali has 20 years experience
in directing the design and development processes for products
used by major telecommunications companies. He directed
the development of customer premises equipment at CS Telecom
and was instrumental in bringing to market 3rd generation
protocol switches at Philips/TRT. His has extensive knowledge
in the areas of telecommunications network architectures
and protocols. Prior to joining OneAccess, Mr. Ould Ali
served in product development capacities at SESA, Serfatel
and LIR. Mr Ould Ali is a graduate from the prestegious
Ecole Superieure d'Electricite (Supelec) in Paris.
